I can only give 4 stars because the sticker, although beautiful, was extremely hard to get off the backing to place it. It took multiple attempts by several people and myself to finally get it off.

I cannot attest to the problem solving part of customer service as I didn't have any issues, but the sticker arrived in time and its adorablel.
